The Stark County 4-H Advisory Committee is graciously providing 1-FREE $12.00 project book per youth this 4H year. All books will be provided through the extension office only. We cannot honor this if you choose to purchase them from the publication website. We will have 2 dates available for families to stop in and browse the selection and pick up your youths free project book.

Open to all Kindergarten - 3rd Grade Students
Hands-on Science Games and Activities with Ohio State 4-H
Explore Science in a brand new way. Students will get to complete challenges, make new discoveries and create tools to take home and continue their experience digging deeper into the world around them.

2025-2026 Blast Off! A free-to-attend online parent education, in which I use Active Parenting curricula--videos and discussions--to introduce information that may help participants to improve their parenting.
Blast Off! is three 4-session series, each series is about parenting a different age group of children, i.e., birth to five, five to twelve, or teenagers.

Federal funding for SNAP-Ed ended Sept 30, 2025. In Ohio, SNAP-Ed programming continued through Nov. 12. Contact your local Extension office to find out what similar programs might be available in your area. You can also visit celebrateyourplate.org for recipes and other online tools.

Starting November 3, 2025, all 4-H project books will cost $12.00. Most resource handbooks will also increase in price.
Best deal: Order through the county extension office. We cover shipping and handling, so you save money.
Online orders: If you order from the Publications website, books cost $15.00 each plus shipping and handling.
